Welcome to Cronus Zen Central. By subscribing to our service and using our digital products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Digital Products & Subscription Service

1.1 Subscription Model

Cronus Zen Central operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing, you gain access to a library of scripts based on your chosen plan.
Different subscription tiers provide varying levels of access, including exclusive high-quality scripts and additional resources.

1.2 Nature of Products

All products provided are digital scripts in the form of .GPC files, designed for use with the Cronus Zen device.
Access to scripts is provided for the duration of your subscription and may be revoked upon cancellation or non-payment.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account.
Sharing your account login details with others is strictly prohibited.
If unauthorized access is detected, your account may be suspended or terminated without reimbursement.

2.2 License & Usage

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the scripts for personal purposes only.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any content including CZC guides or recommended values.
- Share, resell, or distribute scripts to third parties.
- Use scripts for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

2.3 Restricted Users

You may not subscribe, create an account, or access our services if you are a seller, reseller, script provider, competing service owner, competing Discord owner, competing website owner, or acting on behalf of any competitor.

3. No Refund Policy

3.1 Non-Refundable Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products and instant access to script files, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that refunds are not available for any reason, including dissatisfaction or failure to use the scripts properly.

3.2 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund or prorated credit for unused time.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All scripts, content, and digital assets provided by Cronus Zen Central remain the intellectual property of Cronus Zen Central.
Subscription grants a limited license for personal use only.

4.2 Restrictions

You may not attempt to bypass, modify, or alter scripts in any way.
Unauthorized distribution, leaking, or reselling of scripts will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

5. Service Availability & Updates

5.1 Access & Downtime

While we strive for continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform.
We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to our scripts and platform as necessary.

5.2 Script Updates & Compatibility

Scripts may be updated over time to improve performance and compatibility with new game patches.
We do not guarantee that all scripts will work indefinitely due to game updates or external changes.

6. Termination & Account Suspension

6.1 Violation of Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:
- You violate any of these Terms.
- You are found to be sharing, leaking, or misusing scripts.
- You engage in fraudulent activity or chargebacks.
- You share your login details or allow unauthorized access to your account.

6.2 No Refunds Upon Termination

If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, no refunds will be granted.
Access to any purchased scripts or resources will be revoked.

6.3 Access Ban for Breach of Terms

A breach of these Terms does not automatically cancel your membership or recurring billing arrangement.
If you breach these Terms, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or revoke your access for the remainder of your current billing period.
Your membership will remain active unless cancelled by you through the platform or payment provider used to subscribe. If your membership renews successfully and your account has not been permanently terminated, we may restore access for the new billing period as a probationary second chance.
No refund, partial refund, or billing credit will be provided for any period during which access is restricted due to your breach of these Terms.

6.4 Prior Breach History & Linked Accounts

Previous breach history does not reset by creating a new account or using different credentials.
If we reasonably believe that a new or existing account is linked to a user who has previously breached these Terms, had access restricted, or had an account banned, suspended, or terminated, we reserve the right to restrict or revoke access immediately.
If access is restricted under this clause, your membership remains active unless cancelled by you. Any restored access is at our sole discretion and may be treated as probationary.

6.5 Permenant Termination

For serious, repeated, commercial, fraudulent, or harmful breaches of these Terms, we reserve the right to permanently terminate your account and revoke access without reinstatement.
This includes, but is not limited to, leaking, reselling, redistributing, copying, reverse-engineering, account sharing, competitor access, abusive chargebacks, ban evasion, or misuse of our services.
Permanent termination does not automatically cancel your recurring billing arrangement. You remain responsible for cancelling your subscription if you no longer wish to be charged.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Warranty

Our products are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that scripts will function in all scenarios or be free from errors.

7.2 Liability Limitation

Cronus Zen Central will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our scripts, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. No Affiliation

Cronus Zen Central is an independent digital service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Cronus, Collective Minds, Sony, PlayStation, Microsoft, Xbox, Epic Games, 2K, Activision, Rockstar Games, or any other game publisher, console manufacturer, or third-party brand mentioned on this website.
- All trademarks, logos, game titles, console names, and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

10. User Responsibilty

You are solely responsible for how you use any scripts, guides, values, settings, tools, or digital content provided by Cronus Zen Central.
We are not responsible for any account restrictions, bans, suspensions, gameplay penalties, device issues, or violations of third-party platform, console, game, or service terms resulting from your use of our products.

11. Account Verification & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to verify account ownership, payment activity, access history, Discord identity, IP activity, device usage, and other relevant information where we suspect account sharing, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, ban evasion, competitor access, or breach of these Terms.
