V3 Update notes (tracking + loadouts)

• main focus this update is better tracking while shooting + a new loadout pre-set system to make setup way easier
• New Loadout Menu
• added 3 loadout presets you can scroll through and activate
• press a to apply one instantly
• it shows activated on the menu when applied
• this changes your sens + quickswap values for a faster setup
• Tracking / Sens Rework
• player stick input and recoil output are now handled separately then combined at the end
• this should make aiming feel more natural and help tracking feel less “fighty” while recoil is active
• Swipe Tracking Improvements
• added logic to reduce vertical pull when doing stronger horizontal swipes/tracking
• helps stop recoil from overpulling while you’re tracking sideways
• weapon-specific tuning added for guns like ak / mp5 / sks / m249 / tommy
• Menu Changes
• new loadout screen added to oled menu flow
• menu navigation updated to fit loadouts in properly
• small quickswap screen layout improvements

• removed some old/duplicate combo stuff
• general code cleanup + recoil/processing polish
